John3:16 – For god so love the world that he gave his only begotten son, that who shall ever believe in him shall never parish but have everlasting life i love that psalm.
When you look at others that are less previlaged and weep for them, the only reason you weep is becase you can’t help their situation at that time. Note this: the Good Lord that sees your heart will always provide your need.
When I found this verse in the Bible it transformed my giving to otheres. I believe anyone we help whether financially,mentally or phiscally this verse says when we do these things to others we LEND to the Lord and when you lend to someone they usually return what you have lent. So the way I see it we are LENDING to the Lord and His payback is awesome, I have seen it happen in my life over and over
It is true. The same book says that ”An act of kindness shown to a poor, is a way of worshiping God”. So, there remains no question on how to seek God if helping one in need can glorify God. Some people are funny when it comes to helping the needy, they do not get the best and better items to give to the poor. Forexample,instead of getting a good cloth to give, someone gets a very old one to offer. Yet the best item offered from the bottom of one’s heart is what gives glory to God. Amen..

In the same book, he goes ahead and say that ”He who shows mercy to the poor, is an act of worship to the Lord”.. I like this!
